We are looking for an entry level individual to join our corporate communications team. This person will possess strong organizational skills, be able to meet tight deadlines and have a working knowledge of effective communications strategies and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development communication strategies, initiatives and outreach activities that effectively educate, inform and build relationships with targeted stakeholder groups
- Support the implementation of communications strategies that support identified communication goals
- Support the development and measurement of communication strategy planning and message management functions that drive communication service and corporate initiatives
- Support and measure internal communications efforts
- Provide communications support for events and internal communications
- Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in closely related field
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
- Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understands the integration of the people, processes and technology needed to implement change
- High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
