We are looking for an entry level individual to join our corporate communications team. This person will possess strong organizational skills, be able to meet tight deadlines and have a working knowledge of effective communications strategies and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development communication strategies, initiatives and outreach activities that effectively educate, inform and build relationships with targeted stakeholder groups


• Support the implementation of communications strategies that support identified communication goals


• Support the development and measurement of communication strategy planning and message management functions that drive communication service and corporate initiatives
  


• Support and measure internal communications efforts
  


• Provide communications support for events and internal communications
  


• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in closely related field


• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures


• Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Understands the integration of the people, processes and technology needed to implement change


• High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues


• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
